Carnaval de Barranquilla in “La Covacha” , a club located in Miami, is celebrating the well recognized Colombian festival held four days preceding the ash day in Barranquilla, Colombia. It’s a four days long carnival where everybody is dancing-cumbias, porros, mapalés, gaitas, chandés, puyas, fandangos y merecumbés type of dances-on the streets and become part of the parades. Every year La Covacha and different Latin clubs in Miami bring Colombian bands to portray the Carnival in South Florida. Tickets are on pre-sale now in "La Covacha"$25 and the Carnival is on Feb. 9
